If you are not 100% happy with your product, please contact us to arrange to have the product returned for an exchange. Please make sure that at least 90% of the product is returned. 100% PRODUCT PURITY
We guarantee the purity of our product. We pack and blend all of our products on our HACCP approved, Informed Sports approved facility in Melbourne Vic, Australia. We regularly test as well as send our products for testing with Informed Sports to ensure the purity of our products so you can be confident that you will never be receiving under-dosed or amino-spiked supplements from Peak Nutritionals
RETURNS POLICY
We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, whether they like our products or not. For this reason, we created the Peak Flavour Guarantee. Due to unavoidable fraudulent activity, we have had to create guidelines for returns and replacements.
The Peak Nutritionals product was purchased directly through the Peak Nutritionals website
- The Peak Nutritionals product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- Approximately 90% of the product is returned to Peak Nutritionals.
Firstly, to stop customers who just want free products. Secondly, so we can test the product upon return. - NOTE: There are no exchanges or refunds on free promotional products

- Send the product back to the address given to you by the customer service team (ensure approximately 90% of the product is intact).
- We will send out a replacement product of your choice (same dollar value of returned product) or refund the value of the product within 1 day of receiving your returned product.
