The study, published in the Journal of America Medical Association has found that people who exercise on weekends get similar results to those working out for an equal amount of time spread throughout each week.
You can cash in on the benefits of exercise by meeting weekly recommended requirements. The catch is that you have to do 150 minutes worth of moderate activity, and 75 minutes for vigorous exercises which makes talking at times impossible- but it’s still possible!
Can I lose weight working out on weekends?
